Dr. Lucy Park is a dedicated and experienced dentist who finds immense joy in helping her patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. Her journey into dentistry began during her college years after a mission trip to Bolivia, where she suffered a significant dental injury. The comprehensive and exceptional care she received during her recovery, both in Bolivia and the United States, ignited her passion for dentistry and underscored the critical importance of oral health to overall well-being.
Dr. Park earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2021. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2015. Her commitment to patient education and satisfaction has been a cornerstone of her practice.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Park has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to professional development. She co-founded the US-Korea Dental Student Study Club, where she recruited members and organized virtual study sessions to explore different treatment plan options. As an Admissions Ambassador at Penn Dental Medicine, she facilitated discussions and tours for prospective students, helping them navigate their future careers in dentistry. Her involvement with the Society for Professional and Higher Education and the American Academy of Developmental Medicine & Dentistry further highlights her dedication to the field.
Dr. Park is also deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered as a tutor for One Love 4 Kids, providing virtual and in-person SAT tutoring to underserved high school students.
